- Clear surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders and put a lining of a head of the block of cylinders so that the inscription «Oben» or "Top" from above was visible. Always establish the new lining corresponding to number of the given spare part;
- For a correct arrangement of a lining two directing fingers should be inserted into places of fastening of bolts № 8 and 10 (fig. 125 see) on the block of cylinders 3070 (fig. 124). At their absence to insert into corresponding apertures in a head of the block of cylinders directing pins;
- Establish a head of the block of cylinders and обстучите its plastic or rubber hammer. That valves did not strike on a bottom of pistons, establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ and turn a cranked shaft against a rotation direction on 90 °. Thanks to it all pistons will be located below position ВМТ. Establish a head of the block of cylinders only in this position of a cranked shaft;
- Insert eight bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and twirl them by hand;
- Turn out directing fingers 3070 and screw instead of them the remained bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders;
- According to the sequence shown on fig. 125, gradually tighten all bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders at first the moment 40 Н·м and it is definitive — 60 Н·м; in the specified sequence insert a key into each bolt, having remembered position воротка, and tighten each bolt for one approach precisely on half of turn or twice on a turn quarter;
- Insert a key into each bolt of fastening, having remembered position воротка and according to sequence (fig. 125 see), tighten each bolt for one approach precisely on a turn quarter;
- Repeat this pass in the same way once again;
- Paste a lining 9 (fig. 105 see) covers of a head of the block of cylinders on a head of the block of cylinders;
- Put on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. At the left and to the right of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders put on adjusting pins strengthening and in regular intervals on a circle tighten nuts with the moment 10 Н·м;
- The remained operations spend to sequences, return to removal, being guided thus by drawings on assemblage;
- After end of all operations fill in a liquid in cooling system.
