The part of a gaseous waste through system regulated by the valve comes back again in an inlet collector. As a gaseous waste contains less gases, capable to burn their return promotes temperature decrease in the chamber of combustion and at the same time to quantity reduction оксида nitrogen.
Adjustment of work of system рециркуляции ОГ occurs by means of self-diagnostics of the established control system. The system structure рециркуляции ОГ is distinguished for the 2,0-litre engine and engine VR6, and presented on fig. 163 and 164 accordingly.
At removal and installation of details of system рециркуляции ОГ for engine VR6 carry out following recommendations:
- Connecting element 1 (fig. 163 see) screw in the top part of an inlet collector the moment of an inhaling 35 Н·м;
- Tighten накидную a nut 2 moment 30 Н·м;
- The air filter 4 at its pollution can lead to non-uniform work of the engine;
- штекерная колодка 9 (brown colour) it is put on the valve 5 returns ОГ;
- The valve 5 returns ОГ is a bilateral valve which work is watched by self-diagnostics system;
- The vacuum pipeline 8 conducts to connection of the amplifier of a brake drive;
- The pipeline 11 goes from an exhaust pipe and serves as a pipe for return ОГ;
- Lining 13 always change, if the valve 12 рециркуляции ОГ has been removed;
- Arm 14 крепит the valve рециркуляции ОГ, and also an electric cable. It will tighten to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders;
- штекерная колодка 15 (black colour) it is attached to the temperature gauge of system рециркуляции ОГ.
At removal and installation of details of system рециркуляции ОГ for the 2,0-litre engine carry out following recommendations:
- Lining 10 always change, if the adjusting valve 9 рециркуляции ОГ has been removed;
- Arm 12 will wrap in a head of the block of cylinders;
- The pipeline 14 brings ОГ to the valve рециркуляции ОГ;
- Tighten накидную a nut 7 moment 30 Н·м;
- The vacuum pipeline 3 conducts to connection of the amplifier of a brake drive;
- The air filter 1 at its pollution can lead to non-uniform work of the engine;
- штекерная колодка 2 with two sockets it is put on the valve 4 returns ОГ;
- The valve 4 returns of the fulfilled gases is a bilaterial valve which work is watched by system of self-diagnostics of the car;
- The holder 6 is strengthened on АБ.
