Dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders spend in a following order:

- Turn away all details located on a head of the block of cylinders;

- Clamp a head of the block of cylinders together with fastened to the adjusting screw of a final collector a collar in a vice;

- ослабьте nuts of covers of bearings № 5, 1 and 3 (fig. 108) everyone on two turns in regular intervals and cross-wise until both covers will not be turned off, remove covers;

The note In a cover №1 there can be a sealing ring for a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

- In the similar way remove covers of bearings № 2 and 4;

- Take out a camshaft from support of a head of the block of cylinders;

- Put risks-scratches on an inside of pushers, i.e. the first pusher — one risk, the second pusher — two etc. (fig. 109) as it is impossible to confuse them (readout is conducted from outside a mechanism drive газораспределения) and take out pushers. Do not put pushers, and put a contact plane downwards;

The note Pushers are supplied by the hydraulic elements regulating a backlash in клапанном a drive and consequently with them it is necessary to address with care.

- The standard tool for removal and installation of valves is the tool at number 2034 (fig. 110). It fastens to a head of the block of cylinders. Release the valve 11 (fig. 111) from half of rod of the valve (crackers) 3, compressing springs 5 adaptation 2034;

- For removal of valves it is possible to use and a piece of a pipe which is put on the top plate of a spring. Under a valve plate on the other hand it is necessary to enclose something to fix it. Shortly strike a hammer on a pipe so that there were half of rod of the valve. They remain in a pipe. But do not tear off a pipe from a spring plate not to lose half of rod of the valve;

- Take out the top plate 4 (fig. 111 see) with springs 5, turn a head of cylinders 9 and take out from the bottom party the valve 11;
