Removal of a gear belt is spent in a following order:
- ослабьте поликлиновой a belt, having screwed in its tension adaptation a bolt also remove поликлиновой a belt (see подразд. 3.8);
- Prop up the engine, having substituted under it an automobile jack, turn out four bolts of fastening of a support of an engine mount;

- Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the top part of a protective cover 4 (fig. 106 see) gear belt;
- Mark position of a pulley 15 cranked shaft or гасителя fluctuations in relation to a cogwheel of a cranked shaft;
- Include the fifth transfer, establish the car on a lay brake and turn out bolts of fastening of both pulleys, or accordingly гасителя fluctuations. Last can be established only in one position that apertures have been combined;
- Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the bottom part 8 protective covers of a gear belt;

- ослабьте a nut of fastening of an axis of a tension roller (fig. 149) also turn it in such position at which the gear belt will be as much as possible weakened;
- Mark a direction of movement of a gear belt on its outer side (marker) and remove a belt from pulleys.

The prevention
After removal of a gear belt it is not supposed to turn a camshaft.
