The privodnoj pulley of hydrotransformer AKP fastens six bolts 3 ( fig. 147) to a flange of a cranked shaft. Between bolts of fastening and приводным a pulley is the washer of strengthening 2 which has on an external edge скос and should be established it скосом in a direction to приводному to a pulley. Installation приводного a pulley spend as follows:
- Attach приводной a pulley together with a washer of strengthening 2 to a flange of a cranked shaft six bolts of fastening 3 which should be turned by hand;
- Preliminary tighten fastening bolts приводного a pulley the moment 30 Н·м;

- Measure by a calliper distance from the block of cylinders to приводного a pulley ( fig. 148). The received size should be in limits from 19,5 to 21,1 mm. If it not so establish подкладную a washer 1 (see fig. 147); - Tighten bolts of fastening by the moment 60 Н·м then tighten them for 90 ° (on a turn quarter).
