Engine assemblage is spent in sequence, return dismantling. However at each assemblage observe following recommendations:
- Be convinced that all details pure and without foreign matters before them to establish;
- Always grease any rotating or sliding details. It is necessary to do it before assemblage instead of after details are already established, differently oil will not get to all necessary places. Especially important before assemblage plentifully to grease with engine oil pistons, piston rings and walls of cylinders;
- Carefully clean all parts of the block of cylinders if full dismantling of the engine has been made;
- At partial dismantling watch that in the disassembled engine or to its cavities has not got any foreign matters. Stop up all apertures with pure rags to avoid it;
- Blow oil channels the compressed air. If such possibility is not present, clean oil channels and apertures a wooden stick, but at all do not do it by metal subjects;
- Always replace sealing rings and linings with the new;
- In the table with the data for adjustment and the control borders of deterioration of the majority of mobile details are resulted. If there are doubts concerning deterioration of any detail or the deterioration border will be soon reached, it is better to replace at once such detail to avoid through short time of repeated dismantling of the engine.
