If it is planned to establish old brake колодки, before their removal mark with a paint (a marker, by a core) a relative positioning brake колодок in relation to supports that at installation not to mix internal both external brake колодки and a wheel, on which they have been established. Removal of lobbies brake колодок spend in a following order:
- Slightly release bolts of fastening of forward wheels;
- Mark with a paint (marker) a relative positioning of wheels, brake disks and naves of wheels;
- Lift a forward part of the car, put it on a support, turn away bolts of fastening and remove forward wheels;

- Insert a screw-driver into a spring collar (fig. 312) and remove it from the fastening in the case of a brake support;

- By means of a narrow screw-driver take protective caps (fig. 313) directing fingers;

- Turn away the bottom and top directing fingers from a support face шестигранным a key (fig. 314) and take out them;

- Raise a brake support, having moved it upwards and back, and tie up it to a body wire скобой. A brake hose 10 (fig. 315) do not disconnect, it should not be overwound, bent and be tense;
- Disconnect internal brake колодку from the brake piston and take it together with clamping скобой;
- Take from a brake support external brake колодку. If it has become attached, cautiously separate it by means of a screw-driver.

The prevention
It is forbidden at removed brake колодках to press a brake pedal as it will lead to loss of the piston from the brake cylinder, вытеканию to a brake liquid and system depressurization.

Check of a technical condition of the brake mechanism spend before installation of lobbies колодок in a following order:
- Clear all details and attentively check up their condition;
- Check up a condition of a surface of the piston and the cylinder. At their deterioration, damage or strong корродировании replace the cylinder and the piston. From the case of the cylinder corrosion remove a wire brush;
- Carefully clear directing surfaces and installation sites колодок in an aperture of the case a soft metal brush and wipe rags moistened in spirit (gasoline it is impossible to use). Do not use thus маслосодержащие solutions or sharp tools;

The prevention
Brake disks with корродированной a brake surface are subject to replacement.

- Measure a real thickness of brake disks and overlays brake колодок. Brake disks with dark blue or grey touch before installation new колодок should be cleared;
- Check up, whether there are no cracks on a dustproof cap of the piston of the brake cylinder. The damaged dustproof cap urgently replace, as the getting dust quickly leads to occurrence of leak of a brake liquid.
Installation of lobbies brake колодок spend in a following order:
- Remove a protective sticky film from a basic surface external brake колодки and accurately establish колодку in a support;

- By means of a vice (fig. 316) or wooden (plastic) оправки without warps move the piston in the brake cylinder. Watch to damaging a surface of the piston and a dustproof cap. - Cautiously establish a brake support on a brake disk, in its working position, enter pure directing fingers, turn and alternately tighten their moment 25 Н·м;
- Put on heads of directing fingers protective caps;
- Establish on a support a spring brake колодок. At wrong installation automatic подводка external brake колодки does not operate;
- Some times strongly press a brake pedal, yet will not feel strong counteraction. Thus brake колодки will occupy the working position and will provide good прилегание to a brake disk;
- Pump over brake system if it is necessary;
- Establish and temporarily fix (by hand) bolts of fastening of wheels;
- Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels cross-wise;
- Check up connections on tightness. Podtekanie liquids it is not supposed;
- Check up level of a brake liquid in a compensatory tank and restore it to demanded level;
- Check up tightness of brake system on the working engine. For what press some times a pedal of a brake and keep it within several seconds. The pedal thus should not просаживаться.

The prevention
