For removal of a flywheel from a cranked shaft block its clamp in a motionless condition and turn away bolts of fastening of a flywheel which can be thrown out at once as always it is necessary to establish only new bolts of fastening of a flywheel.

Check up a condition of a gear wreath and in case of damage of teeths replace a flywheel. If the flywheel has scratches or teases on a basic surface of a conducted disk of coupling remove them проточкой.

The flywheel is dismantled on the established engine after transmission removal. Thus necessarily check up, whether leaks engine oil through a back epiploon of a cranked shaft. In case of course replace an epiploon.

At installation of a flywheel fastening bolts at first wrap a hand, and then tighten them by turns cross-wise with the moment of an inhaling 70 Н·м. After that turn each bolt again cross-wise for 90 °.
