Installation of a cranked shaft should be spent in a following order:

The gear rim should be changed 6 gauges of frequency of rotation always if it removed

- Establish on a cranked shaft a gear rim 6 (fig. 82 see) gauge of frequency of rotation with a new bolt 9;
- Establish tubes in oil channels of radical bearings № 2 and 7 and by means of a sharp punch fix them;
- Wipe deaf apertures in nests of the block of cylinders and enclose, the loose leaves of bearings greased with engine oil (with flutes for greasing) so that ledges of loose leaves were included into deaf apertures;
- Insert into a nest of the average radical bearing (the bearing № 5) persistent half rings;

The prevention
Persistent half rings should be directed flutes to a surface of a friction of a cranked shaft.

- Lay in loose leaves of bearings a cranked shaft. If rods are in the block of cylinders establish шатунные bearings on necks of a cranked shaft;
- Enclose the bottom loose leaves (without lubricant flutes) radical bearings in corresponding covers (ledges in dredging) and plentifully grease their surfaces with engine oil;
- Grease with engine oil and establish, overlays outside, other two persistent half rings on a bearing cover. Lubricant flutes should be located against a cranked shaft;
- Establish covers of radical bearings and slightly обстучите their rubber or plastic hammer;
- Tighten in stages bolts of fastening of covers of bearings, since an average, the moment of an inhaling 30 Нм. Then turn each bolt for a half-turn. After an inhaling of covers of bearings turn some times a cranked shaft to be convinced that it rotates easily, without jammings;
- Check up an axial free wheeling of a cranked shaft (item 2.6.1 see);
- Establish pistons and rods (item 2.4.6 see);
- Establish forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (item 2.6.4);

The prevention
Forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft should be changed after each removal of a cranked shaft or flanges of epiploons.

- Grease a neck of the bearing of an intermediate shaft, establish a shaft and tighten bolts of fastening with the moment of an inhaling 10 Нм;

- Establish a power shaft of the oil pump with a new sealing ring (fig. 79 see);
- Establish and adjust a drive газораспределительного the mechanism, including a chain of an intermediate shaft (item 2.7.2 see);

- Block a flywheel a clamp and establish a flywheel 5 (fig. 85) on a cranked shaft. Twirl new bolts of fastening 6, tighten their moment 70 Нм then turn each bolt on a turn quarter;
- Establish coupling (see подразд. 8.3) also tighten bolts 9 (fig. 85 see) press disk of coupling by 8 moment 20 Нм;
- Establish the oil pump (item 3.2.2 see);
- Put on hermetic a new lining and establish oil картер. Bolts of fastening oil картера tighten the moment 20 Нм.
All further works spend to sequences to return dismantling.
