Cоблюдайте following recommendations:
- After removal hydraulic pushers should be established a contact surface downwards on a pure surface;
- Pushers always replace completely as they are not subject to adjustment or repair;
- Noise of valves at engine start-up is the normal phenomenon. However if it too loud it is necessary to check up pushers, for this purpose:
- Start the engine and allow to it to work until the cooling fan will join;
- Increase frequency of rotation of the engine to 2500 mines-1 and allow to it to work during 2 mines;

- If valves still rustle, for definition of a faulty pusher muffle the engine, uncover heads of the block of cylinders and rotate a camshaft so that its cam for a checked pusher looked upwards. After that press a pusher a piece of plastic or the ground wooden stick ( fig. 53). If thus the backlash makes more than 0,10 mm before the valve will open it is necessary to replace a pusher. After installation of a new pusher the engine can be started not earlier than in 30 minutes Otherwise valves могутстучать on pistons.
