Well grease and insert pushers according to the marks put on them into apertures. If pushers have been removed, necessarily read instructions.
Plentifully oil a camshaft in the locations of bearings. Establish camshafts in their beds, and some times them turn. Establish shaft so that both cams of the first cylinder on two shaft looked upwards.

Being guided by fig. 435, put on covers of bearings № 1, 3 both 5 and a hand spread nuts. As bearing covers are displaced, check up, whether correctly they sit. For this purpose, being guided by drawing 406, define, whether correctly covers have been put on.
Tighten nuts of the established covers of bearings alternately and cross-wise for some passes by the moment of an inhaling 20 Нм. Watch, that the surface of covers settled down opposite to a surface of a head of the block of cylinders.
Put on covers № 2 and № 4 and twirl nuts. Tighten nuts alternately and cross-wise in some passes by the moment of an inhaling 20 Нм.
Take an epiploon of a camshaft and look, from what party the spring settles down. The party on which the spring settles down, should be directed inside. Grease a sealing surface (it is necessary to grease also a surface качения a camshaft). For installation of a new epiploon it is possible to use a pipe of suitable diameter. The pipe should correspond to the size of an external part of an epiploon completely.

Spread an epiploon directly and strike on it until its external surface will not come completely inside. To establish an epiploon it is possible also in the way shown on fig. 439.
Establish a camshaft cogwheel on a camshaft (do not forget about a wedge) and wrap a bolt with a washer. Keeping a camshaft in a motionless condition (for example, by means of old gear приводного a belt) also tighten a bolt the moment 80 Нм.
