The main brake cylinder is located in a motor compartment of the engine and fastens nuts to the vacuum amplifier.

Removal of the main brake cylinder spend in a following order:

- Before the work beginning press 5 — 6 times a brake pedal at the idle engine to create in vacuum and atmospheric chambers of the vacuum amplifier the identical pressure close to atmospheric (remove vacuum разряжение);

- Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier;

- By means of a siphon-pear pump out a brake liquid from a tank 3 (fig. 327) after the sieve will be taken out;

The prevention Never pump out a brake liquid a mouth through a hose — the brake liquid is poisonous.

- Disconnect колодку with wires from plugs of the gauge of emergency level of a brake liquid;

- Disconnect a hose of the main cylinder of coupling;

- If necessary remove from the main brake cylinder a tank, having shaken it forward-back. Be attentive — the residual brake liquid can flow out outside. Put a rag;

- Mark and disconnect pipelines from the main cylinder and cautiously unbend them aside;

- Close apertures at pipelines and at the main cylinder to warn leak of a liquid and hit in them a dust, a dirt;

- Remove the cylinder, having turned away a nut of its fastening to the vacuum amplifier;

- Remove a rubber sealing ring 7 (fig. 327 see).
