The engine of 2,0 l
Removal of the oil pump of the 2,0-litre engine spend in a following order:
- Establish a forward part of the car on goats to get access to the oil pallet and the oil pump;
- Remove the oil pallet (see подразд. 4.1);
- Turn away bolts of fastening of the case of the oil pump;
- Take out the pump downwards, the gear wheel of a shaft of the pump should leave gearing with a gear wheel of an intermediate shaft after that pull out it completely;
- Remove the ignition distributor (as it all the same will be necessary for removing at pump installation).
Installation of the oil pump is spent in an order, the return to removal, with observance of following recommendations:
- At installation of the oil pump on картер the lining is not put;
- Bolts of fastening of the pump tighten the moment 20 Н·м;
- Before installation of the distributor of ignition, establish a landing neck of a power shaft of the oil pump so that the pin has been located in parallel longitudinal axis of a cranked shaft (fig. 167);
- Establish the distributor of ignition and tighten bolts of fastening by the moment 20 Н·м (see chapter 8.3.2).
Engine VR6
Removal of the oil pump of engine VR6 spend in a following order:
- Establish a forward part of the car on support to get access to the oil pallet and the oil pump;
- Turn away bolts (fig. 168) fastenings of the case of the oil pump and a flange маслоприемника from картера the engine;
- Take out the pump downwards, the gear wheel of a shaft of the pump should leave gearing with a gear wheel of an intermediate shaft after that pull out it completely;
- If it is required to remove a leading gear wheel 5 (fig. 165 see) turn away bolts of 2 fastenings and uncover 3. The cover has an O-shaped sealing ring 4. Pull out a gear wheel with the help кусачек.
Installation of the oil pump is spent in an order, the return to removal, with observance of following recommendations:
- At installation of the oil pump on картер the lining is not put, however маслоприемника it is necessary to put hermetic AMV188 on a flange 001 02;
- Bolts of fastening of the oil pump tighten the moment 25 Н·м, and bolts маслоприемника — 10 Н·м;
- If the leading gear wheel insert it into an aperture on the top party has been removed so that it has come to gearing with a gear wheel on intermediate to a shaft;
- Before installation well grease with engine oil a cover and an O-shaped sealing ring;
- Insert a power shaft, establish on a cover an O-shaped sealing ring (fig. 169);
- Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover the moment 10 Н·м;
- Establish the oil pallet and tighten a stopper of an aperture for plum of oil the moment 30 Н·м.
