If the flange has been turned off, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring located on an inside of a flange. To beat out an old sealing ring, put a flange on a vice (fig. 434) Zapressujte a new sealing ring.

For installation of a sealing ring establish at first a shaft, and after that впрессуйте a sealing ring as it has been described for a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft. Bolts at assemblage should be tightened the moment 25 Н·м.

Establish a cogwheel on intermediate to a shaft so that the wedge has entered шпоночный a groove. Thanks to it the cogwheel will be established in correct position.

Insert a bolt and a washer and tighten a bolt, keeping thus a cogwheel in a motionless condition (for this purpose insert оправку into an aperture on a cogwheel and rest оправку against a surface of the block of cylinders) the moment 45 Н·м.

Other operations are spent to sequences, return to removal process.
