Plentifully grease apertures of cylinders.
Lay out all rods according to numbers of cylinders. Cast ledges on a rod and a rod cover should be directed towards an intermediate shaft.
Lay out all pistons according to order of their installation (fig. 422 see).
Distribute locks of piston rings on a cylinder surface so that they have been located rather each other at an angle in 120 °.
Put on оправку for installation of the piston with rings in the cylinder area of an arrangement of piston rings (fig. 431) and press piston rings into piston grooves. Check up, that piston rings have completely entered into the grooves. If at you is not present special оправки you can take advantage of a thin metal strip which wrap up round piston rings and compress so that rings have come into grooves on the piston.
Turn a cranked shaft so that two шатунные necks of a cranked shaft have appeared in НМТ.
Insert a rod from above into a cylinder aperture. For this purpose put the engine sideways so that the rod could be directed on a radical neck, and the surface of the cylinder and a rod neck thus have not been scratched. The loose leaf of the bearing of a rod already should be in a rod a ledge in dredging.
Insert pistons so that rings have by turns entered into apertures of cylinders and a heel of a rod of village on шатунную a neck of a cranked shaft.
Insert the second loose leaf of the bearing into a bearing cover so that the loose leaf of the bearing of villages in a groove of a cover of the bearing, and well grease surfaces of loose leaves. Press a rod cover to a rod and easily knock on it.

The inhaling of bolts шатунных bearings occurs under the certain scheme. As it has already been told bolts always change for the new. Alternately tighten bolts of the bearing of a rod (fig. 432) the moment 30 Н·м and then turn them from final position for 90 ° (on a turn quarter), without using thus динамометрический a key.
After rod installation turn a cranked shaft some times at once to be convinced that it rotates easily, without jammings.
Check up маркировочные marks of all rods once again and be convinced that pistons specify in a correct direction. Be convinced also that dredging for oil atomizers are located on the correct party.
With the help щупа measure a backlash between lateral planes of a rod and a surface of a cranked shaft (fig. 433) — the axial backlash of bearings of a rod should not exceed 0,37 mm.
