It is necessary to tell some words about hydraulic pushers as maloperation with them can damage to the engine. Sometimes you all the same can hear noise from area клапанной covers which, however, do not mean that there is any malfunction. Noise can appear, for example, at the first start of the engine after long idle time that has led to outflow of oil from hydraulic pushers and to backlash formation in клапанном a drive. After the lapse of short time noise again will disappear. If pushers continue to rustle after the lapse of certain time it is necessary to check up their condition according to the instructions resulted more low.
At removal of pushers it is necessary to observe following instructions:

- Right after removals mark pushers. Is better to mark them with the help рисок, put on an inside. For this purpose put on the first pusher one line, on the second pusher two lines etc. On fig. 412 it is shown, how pushers after drawing on them of labels should look;
- After removal of hydraulic pushers do not establish their contact surface downwards;
- Replace a pusher completely as it is not subject to adjustment or repair.
If noise of valves seems to you too loud pushers can be checked up as follows:
- Start the engine and allow to it to work, until the fan will join;
- Increase frequency of rotation of the engine to 2500 mines-1 and allow to it to work within approximately 2 minutes;
- If pushers still rustle, the faulty pusher can be defined, having uncovered heads of the block of cylinders, according to the description resulted at dismantling of the engine, and rotating a camshaft so that the cam of a camshaft for a checked pusher looked upwards;

- Press a pusher by means of a plastic or tree piece downwards (fig. 413). If the backlash makes more than 0,1 mm before the valve will open it is necessary to replace this pusher.

The prevention
After installation of a new pusher, it is impossible to start the engine after assemblage within approximately 30 minutes, otherwise the engine can receive serious damages.
