As it has already been told in subsection 15.6, removal of the amplifier of a brake drive at established ABS occurs a little not how on the car without ABS, as in this case it is necessary to remove the hydroblock with ЭБУ — ABS to get access to fastening of the vacuum amplifier of a brake drive.

Removal of the vacuum amplifier on the car with system AVS spend in a following order:

- Remove a wire Ť–ť from conclusion АБ;

- Remove partitions of compartment АБ (fig. 328 see);

- Remove a noise isolation in a motor compartment of the engine;

- Remove АБ;

- Remove a broad tank of system of cooling;

- Disconnect multicontact штекерную колодку indications of temperature of a cooling liquid and turn away two bolts;

- Turn away two bolts and remove the right partition of compartment АБ;

- Turn away one bolt and remove the left back partition of compartment АБ. Will put a broad tank aside;

- Disconnect штекерную колодку on a cover of a tank of a brake liquid and turn away a tank cover;

- Remove a spring collar and disconnect from ЭБУ–АВS multicontact штекерную колодку;

- Mark by means of a sticky tape (on which numbers are written) and disconnect from the hydroblock 15 (fig. 332) brake pipelines 9, 10, 16 and 17 forward and back wheels;

- Close apertures at pipelines and at the hydroblock to warn leak of a liquid and hit in them a dust and a dirt;

- Turn away bolts of fastening and remove movement upwards the hydroblock together with ЭБУ–АВS;

- By means of a siphon-pear pump out a brake liquid from a tank and remove the main brake cylinder;

- Disconnect the vacuum hose going to the vacuum amplifier of a brake drive;

- Remove the bottom casing of the panel of devices from outside the driver;

- Remove a spring collar 1 (fig. 329 see), then take a connecting finger 2 and disconnect from a pedal of a brake a bar of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of a brake drive;

- Turn away four nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of a brake drive and remove it.

Installation of the vacuum amplifier spend in an order, the return to removal.
