Because of an arrangement of the main cylinder of coupling, its removal is labour-consuming, as it is necessary to spend a spadework to get access to the main cylinder of coupling.
Removal of the main cylinder of coupling spend in a following order:
- Disconnect plugs from АБ and remove it. Do not forget to have at itself a protective code of a radio tape recorder;

- Remove an air pipe 1 (fig. 234) and a partition 2 compartments АБ;

- If it is established, remove the holder of the additional block of the relay (fig. 235, arrows 1 and 2);
- Turn away fastening bolts (fig. 235 see, an arrow 3) and remove casing АБ with a broad tank of system of cooling. Will put a tank aside;
- Disconnect a hose from an inlet collector. Collect a following liquid;

- Insert a small screw-driver under a lock collar 9 (fig. 232) the pipeline see and wring out it in a demanded direction (fig. 236, an arrow). Disconnect the pipeline from the main cylinder and take the O-shaped sealing ring 10 (fig. 232 see);
- Remove a casing of the block of a pedal of coupling;

- Insert a screw-driver into a place of fastening of a pedal of coupling (fig. 237) to a pusher rod;
- Extend a pedal of coupling a little in a seat direction. By means of a screw-driver press both parties of fastening of a pedal inside (at first one party after that another) and deduce them from gearing;
- Remove a pedal, having struck on it, in an armchair direction. If it does not leave, it can be extended in the same direction;
- Turn away a bolt 6 (fig. 232) fastenings see and remove the main cylinder of coupling.
Installation of the main cylinder of coupling spend as it should be the return to removal. At first put on the holder of a rod of a pusher the pusher end. For pusher fixing press it in a direction of a forward wall until fastening will not be latched. Move a pusher forward-back to be convinced that it is correctly established.
After installation of the main cylinder of coupling remove air from hydraulic system of a drive of deenergizing of coupling.
