After coupling removal remove products of deterioration of overlays from a surface of a casing, disks and a flywheel with use only a special cleaner or methyl spirit. Work spend in a respirator and goggles as the dust is unhealthy.
Wipe a rag moistened in gasoline, an inside of a flywheel and check up a surface of a friction of a flywheel. If frictional overlays of a conducted disk are worn out to заклепочных heads it is quite possible that rivets have damaged a working surface of a flywheel or a press disk of coupling.
Check up press a disk and a coupling casing on absence of damages, scratches, cracks, colour stains appeared from an overheat or deformations. At detection of damages replace both details in gathering.
Check of a condition of a conducted disk
Check up a condition of frictional overlays. At them замасливании, occurrence растрескиваний, non-uniform deterioration and unilateral teases, and also at distance reduction between a head of a rivet and a working surface of an overlay to 0,3 mm replace a conducted disk with the new.

Be convinced that демпферные springs of a conducted disk have no damages, and them клиновое gearing is not broken too strongly. For check of palpation of a conducted disk put on it on approaching оправку and clamp it between holders of a lathe (fig. 227).
Establish on the holder the measuring device so that the measuring finger settled down opposite to edge of a conducted disk, namely on an external edge of a disk. Slowly turning a conducted disk, watch indications of the measuring device. If palpation of a working surface of frictional overlays is more than 0,4 mm at desire it is possible to correct cautiously it by means of flat-nose pliers, or replace a conducted disk.
Check of degree of a deterioration of frictional overlays carry out with the help щупа for depth measurement.
Check up a condition шлицев in a nave of a conducted disk and on primary to a transmission shaft, and also a backlash in them шлицевом connection. If the backlash exceeds 0,4 mm шлицевое connection is considered worn out. The reason of it mostly is the conducted disk.

If on the ends of petals (fig. 228) is deterioration scars replace a casing in gathering with a press disk. Traces of development of the ends of petals диафрагменной springs on depth to half of its thickness are supposed.
Check up position of petals диафрагменной springs. The deviation of petals from one plane should be no more than 0,5 mm. At большем a deviation from a plane it is possible to turn in slightly petals by means of the special tool or a metal strip with a cut.
Check of deformation of a working surface of a press disk
The surface of a press disk is subject checks on коробление by means of a metal ruler (bar) and щупа.

Put a metal ruler on a working surface of a press disk (fig. 229) and with the help щупа measure a backlash between a plane of a working surface and a ruler.
Press a disk with a deflection inside less than 0,3 mm can be used in the further operation.
Check of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling
Check up removed выжимной the bearing, paying special attention on smoothness of its rotation, люфт and wear tracks.

The prevention
The removed bearing can be wiped only, but not to wash out.

The bearing should be checked by hand. It should rotate and not publish easily noise. Special attention give to the bearing to which there were remarks on noise at the moment of coupling deenergizing (pressing a pedal). The raised noise at coupling deenergizing characterises malfunction выжимного the bearing.

The note
It is recommended to replace выжимной the bearing simultaneously with a conducted disk of coupling.
