Removal of the working cylinder of coupling spend in a following order:
- Remove a transmission (item 10.1.1 see);

- Remove the goffered dustproof cover 25 (fig. 232 see);
- Turn away bolts of fastening 24 and take the working cylinder together with выжимным the bearing;
- Remove an O-shaped sealing ring 22 working cylinders. This ring always replace with the new;

- Sealing ring 21 replace in the event that on it there are traces of the leaked liquid. It is located on an underside of the working cylinder of coupling, and to remove it it is possible by means of the adaptation 618 (fig. 233). At installation of a new sealing ring 21 compress its adaptation 618 until it will not enter densely under an external surface of the case of the working cylinder of coupling.
Installation of the working cylinder of coupling is spent in return sequence, taking into account the following:
- Before installation wipe выжимной the bearing a rag, but do not wash out it in gasoline;
- Wrap three bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling and tighten their moment 11 Н·м;
- After transmission installation check up coupling work. Thus pay attention first of all to occurrence of a scratching sound at inclusion of transfers. Is better it it is audible at inclusion of transfer of a backing. Not adjusted drive of deenergizing of coupling can be its reason;
- If necessary adjust a drive of deenergizing of coupling and make a trial trip on the car with all variants of switchings of a transmission.
