Replacement of a cooling liquid spend in a following order:

- Put a control lever of heating of salon on the panel of devices in position «Heiss» (hot);

- Turn away a cover of a broad tank. If the engine hot, it is necessary to wait some time before to open a cover of a broad tank;

- Put under the engine capacity for liquid plum.

Disconnect the bottom hose 6 (fig. 182) a cooling liquid from a radiator see or turn away a socket of a branch pipe of a cooling liquid (fig. 183) and merge cooling liquid.

The note If a cooling liquid in a good condition, i.e. it recently filled in, it can be used repeatedly.

The note Hoses in places of their connections fasten by means of clips similar to collars which are recommended to be removed by means of special кусачек at number 798-5.

Turn out a stopper of a drain aperture or disconnect from a radiator the bottom hose 19 (fig. 181) a cooling liquid see and merge cooling liquid in in advance prepared capacity;

- On the 2,0-litre engine attach to a radiator the bottom hose of a cooling liquid or tighten a branch pipe of a cooling liquid with a new lining;

- On engine VR6 wrap a stopper of a drain aperture with a new sealing washer and tighten its moment 10 Н·м. If the bottom hose of a cooling liquid again establish it has been disconnected from a radiator;

- Fill in cooling liquid in a broad tank to a label "Move" (fig. 184) and wrap a cover of a broad tank;

- Start the engine and allow to it to work, the fan (the 2,0-litre engine) or fans (engine VR6) will not join yet;

- Muffle the engine and allow to it to cool down;

The prevention The electrofan (or electrofans) can independently join, even some times, and at the switched off ignition because of heating in a motor compartment of the car.

- Check up level of a cooling liquid in a broad tank. It should be established between labels "Move" and «Мin» on a broad tank. If level more low add cooling liquid. If the engine hot level of a cooling liquid can be a little above a label "Move".

The note In the absence of a special cooling liquid application pure "soft" is supposed (for example, rain) waters, however its application raises freezing temperature, strengthens corrosion and a scaling.

The prevention Water presence in a broad tank at negative temperatures is not supposed.
