The poliklinovoj belt puts in action all units of the engine from a pulley of a cranked shaft or from гасителя fluctuations. It settles down round units in a forward part of the engine (fig. 194).

The poliklinovoj belt has edges and a flat surface прилегания. The tension device provides поликлиновому to a belt a demanded tension at any time.

For removal поликлинового a belt ослабьте the tension adaptation for what screw screw M8 (fig. 195) in an aperture ŤAť. The tension adaptation will depart from приводного a belt, and a belt ослабнет then it is possible to remove it.

Before removal поликлинового a belt spend a following spadework:

- Remove the top part of the air filter together with a flowmeter;

- Remove the electromagnetic valve with a lock ring from the bottom part of the air filter and remove the bottom part of the air filter.

Belt installation: impose it on the middle of all running pulleys and slowly turn out the screw of the tension device. Thus the tension adaptation will start to press on a belt that will provide to a belt a demanded tension.

After belt installation start the engine and allow to it some time to work. Check up, that the belt has been established correctly and worked well.

In the presence of the conditioner two are established поликлиновых a belt, one of them — for a drive in compressor action.
