Before dismantle of the basic parts of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения (fig. 91 see) it is necessary to remove all devices and the knots located on a forward part of the engine that there were not removed only elements of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения (see fig. 16).
Before removal of elements of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения it is necessary to put the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ, and after removal of two chains of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения in no event it is impossible to scroll a cranked shaft at the removed head of the block of cylinders as it can lead to blow of pistons on valves.

Before removal of chains mark their colour in places (fig. 92) to remember a direction of movement of chains.
For tension reduction двухрядной chains 9 (fig. 91) the mechanism газораспределения ослабьте see and remove the tension device of a chain 8.

For dismantle двухрядной it is necessary for chain to remove at first an asterisk 20 (fig. 91), located on one of camshafts see or to remove an asterisk 10 from an intermediate shaft. In both cases follows вывернить a bolt of fastening of an asterisk 5. At отворачивании and a tightening of bolts of fastening of both asterisks camshafts should be fixed in motionless position. For this purpose hold a camshaft with the help рожкового a key «on 24 mm», put on on one of шестигранников (fig. 93).
Turn away a bolt of fastening 5 (fig. 91 see), remove an asterisk 11 single-row chains together with a single-row chain of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения. Remove all other details of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения (fig. 91 see). At assemblage it is important to observe the recommended sequence of performance of operations.
