Removal and installation turbochargerа to be spent according to fig. 482. On fig. 481 places of joining of pipelines turbochargerа are shown, therefore on this drawing it is necessary to pay special attention at installation turbochargerа:
- Disconnect wires from АБ;
- Establish a forward part of the car on support and remove engine protection;
- Disconnect an exhaust pipe from turbochargerа (4 nuts), disconnect it on the other hand. Remove a forward exhaust pipe. Remove linings;

- Remove an air hose between an inlet collector and a junction turbochargerа with a radiator of forced air, and also a hose between the air filter and turbochargerом. These are hoses 1 and 2 (fig. 483);

- Turn away 484 bolts shown on fig. and remove an exhaust pipe;
- Turn away a bolt and remove a hose of enrichment of pressure of pressurisation;

- Disconnect the pipeline рециркуляции oils and the supply pipeline in 485 places shown on fig.;
- Turn away bolts of fastening and remove turbocharger.
Installation turbochargerа is carried out in sequence, return to removal process. Thus:
- Replace according to lining instructions, sealing rings, bolts, nuts etc. (the list to fig. 482 see).
- Put on and fix a hose of enrichment of pressure of pressurisation before it will be established turbocharger;
- Establish turbocharger and tighten the bolts inserted from above so that turbocharger still it was possible to move a little;
- Tighten from below a nut the moment 25 Н·м and after that tighten the bolts inserted from above the moment 35 Н·м.
- Before installation of the pipeline of a supply of oil fill with its oil;
- Establish the pipeline рециркуляции oils with a new lining and tighten the moment 25 Н·м;
- Establish a forward exhaust pipe with new linings (the moment of an inhaling of connection 25 Н·м);
- Pay attention to correctness of an arrangement of separate hoses and reliability of their installation;
- After installation turbochargerа start the engine and allow to it to work some time idling. The engine cannot be maintained at once on high turns as in this case there will be no uniform distribution of oil.
