The poliklinovoj belt is necessary for removing for access to the pump of a cooling liquid, the generator or a pulley of a cranked shaft.

Establish a wrench on a nut of a tension roller and turn a key so that to weaken a tension поликлинового a belt (fig. 469). Remove поликлиновой a belt.

Examine поликлиновой a belt: on it there should not be damages, cracks. Damaged replace. Again establish a tension roller as it has been described, put on поликлиновой a belt, establish a roller on поликлиновой a belt. Edges should coincide with fillets, and the belt should settle down on the pulley centre.

The prevention Do not pull поликлиновой a belt at installation by a screw-driver or any lever on pulleys so the belt can lose durability at once.
