The pump of a cooling liquid is located to the right of the engine and put in action поликлиновым by a belt from a cranked shaft of the engine (fig. 467). On fig. 468 pump is shown separately.
Order of removal of the pump of a cooling liquid:
- Disconnect АБ;
- Establish a forward part of the car on support and remove protection картера;
- Merge cooling liquid from cooling system (item 19.1.1 see).
- ослабьте bolts of a pulley of the pump of a cooling liquid while the belt is put on;
- Remove поликлиновой a belt;
- Remove a pulley of the pump of a cooling liquid;
- Turn away four bolts of a pulley of a cranked shaft and remove a pulley;
- Remove the bottom part of protection приводного a belt;
- ослабьте collars of hoses in places of their joining to the pump, also disconnect hoses;
– Turn away bolts of fastening of the pump and remove the pump from the block of cylinders. Remove a sealing ring and check up its condition. One more sealing ring costs between an inlet pipe of the pump and the case of the pump of a cooling liquid.
Pump installation occurs in return sequence. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of the pump and a pulley — 20 Н·м.
Establish поликлиновой a belt and adjust its tension as it is described in item 19.3.3.
Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system (item 19.1.1 see).
