It receives the information from gauges and operates executive mechanisms, providing optimum work of the engine. ЭБУ it is located under the console of the panel of devices in car salon.
ЭБУ receives from gauges, through multicontact штекерную колодку the following data:
From the plug of a starter 50 - the data about the beginning and end of work of a starter arrives;
From a potentiometer throttle заслонки (it is located in the case throttle заслонки) the information on position throttle заслонки arrives at present. Thereby it is carried out, in particular management of a fuel stopping delivery as until throttle заслонка is in position of idling and frequency of rotation remains invariable, fuel inflow to the engine stops. Fuel giving at braking by the engine is besides disconnected and the working mix is enriched at work with full loading;
From the Hall gauge (it is located sideways heads of cylinders and is set in motion by a camshaft) the information on frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine arrives. It provides deenergizing and electric current inclusion thanks to what there is a spark formation;
From a ljambda-probe (it is located in a forward part of final system) the information on the oxygen maintenance in ОГ time arrives at present;
From the gauge of the mass expense of air the information on quantity of air which has arrived in the engine arrives;
From the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid (it is located in a branch pipe of a cooling liquid over the thermostat) the information on temperature of a cooling liquid arrives and serves for updating of the moment of ignition and injection time on the cold and hot engine. On the basis of indications of this gauge there is a detonation adjustment, рециркуляции ОГ and idling turns;
From two gauges of a detonation (are established in the block of cylinders) the information on what of cylinders tends to a detonation (uncontrollable combustion of a gas mixture) arrives. They allow ЭБУ to regulate injection of fuel and an ignition advancing separately for each cylinder in given to a number and to synchronise compression impulses. Additional data on them can be found in (section 8 see).
Constantly receiving the information described above on quantity of turns of the engine, power setting and its temperature, ЭБУ counts duration of injection, i.e. duration of opening of atomizers and makes an exact dosage of quantity of injected fuel. So-called universal characteristics which contain the information on all possible conditions and power setting are integrated into a control mean, on their basis the exact choice of quantity of fuel, and also the moment of ignition corresponding to it is carried out. If there is a fluctuation of temperature of let in air or temperature of a cooling liquid corresponding updating is made.
