Removal of fuel atomizers spend in a following order:

- Remove the top part of the air filter 1 (fig. 202 see);
- Disconnect штекерную колодку 5 gauges of the mass expense of air and штекерную колодку 7 heating elements;
- Remove from a head of the block of cylinders the valve of 10 systems of ventilation картера and the ventilating hose 11 going to the electromagnetic valve of 13 systems of clearing with application of activated coal from the top part of an inlet collector;
- Disconnect high voltage wires (ВН) from spark plugs (the special tool 3 277 A for this purpose is required);

- Remove directing wires ВН 2 (fig. 201 see) from a lobby and an opposite side of an inlet collector 1;

- Remove a cable of a drive throttle заслонки together with a support 12 (fig. 200) a drive throttle заслонки see, but make it so that not to delete a collar of fastening of a cable;
- Mark and remove hoses of a cooling liquid from the case throttle заслонки. Thus the cooling system should not be under pressure;
- Disconnect топливопроводы from a head of the block of cylinders;
- For some time open a cover of a fuel tank (to lower excessive pressure) then impose places of joining of hoses with a thick rag and slowly disconnect hoses. If fuel all the same scatters, he will be detained by a rag;

- Disconnect a vacuum hose (fig. 203, it is shown by an arrow) inlet valve of secondary air between a regulator of pressure of giving of fuel and the top part of an inlet collector;
- Disconnect the vacuum hose going to the amplifier of a brake drive;
- Turn away both back arms between the top part of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders;
- Turn away valve EGR hose on the top part of an inlet collector;
- Turn away directing tube масломерного щупа from the bottom part of an inlet collector;
- Remove the top part of an inlet collector together with the case throttle заслонки (at installation pay attention to an arrangement of directing plugs) and at once закупорьте open inlet channels;
- Disconnect electric wires from atomizers, from the switch of pressure of oil and from the gauge of temperature of oil;
- Remove atomizers together with a distributive fuel highway;
- Remove clamps of atomizers and atomizers. If the atomizer sits very strong on the place under its case it is possible to substitute рожковый a wrench on 16 mm and with its help to squeeze out an atomizer
- Remove O-shaped sealing rings from both ends of an atomizer and at once them throw out.

Cause of defect
Elimination method

The cold engine is not started or started with great difficulty
1. The fused safety locks №15 and №18
1. To replace

2. The relay which are responsible for pressure is faulty
2. To check up on HUNDRED

3. The fuel pump (in the engine the insufficient quantity of fuel arrives) is faulty
3. The pump repair or replace on new (for repair the special key is required)

4. The regulator of pressure of fuel is faulty
4. Inspect a regulator of pressure upon HUNDRED

5. The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid is faulty
5. Check up, by means of an ohmmeter, the temperature gauge

6. The drive throttle заслонки is faulty
6. Inspect on HUNDRED

7. It is faulty ЭБУ
7. Check on HUNDRED

8. Wires between the gauge of the Hall and ЭБУ are interrupted
8. Check up and repair

9. The engine soaks up air through not tight places of connections or the damaged hoses
9. Check up all connections of hoses located on the case of the air filter or leaders to it

The heated-up engine is not started or started with great difficulty
1. Негерметичен the vacuum pipeline conducting to a regulator of pressure of giving of fuel
1. Check up. Spend all specified checks

The prevention
At removal of atomizers be careful not to damage tips of a socket and sprays. Atomizers do not understand.

The prevention
Hit of engine oil in an atomizer is not supposed.

Installation of atomizers spend in an order, the return to removal. Grease new O-shaped sealing rings with pure engine oil.
