Refuelling of system of cooling by a cooling liquid is made on the cold engine. An order of performance of works:

- Turn away a cover of a broad tank;

The prevention Put a thick rag round a cover of system of cooling and turn a cover at first on a turn quarter to exhaust.

- Put a forward part of the car on support and remove protection of a motor compartment;

- Disconnect hoses from a radiator of forced air (fig. 459);

- Disconnect the bottom hose of a cooling liquid (fig. 460) and merge cooling liquid.

To guarantee absence of air bubbles in cooling system:

- Fill in cooling liquid in a broad tank up to an upper edge and close a cover of a broad tank;

- Start the engine and allow to it to work until the fan will join;

- Check up level of a cooling liquid in a broad tank. Add cooling liquid, if its level below marks in a broad tank (fig. 461). Level of a cooling liquid can be a little above a label «Мax» if the engine hot.

As soon as the engine will cool down, level of a cooling liquid should be established between the top and bottom control risks on a broad tank. If it does not occur, it is necessary to add cooling liquid.

The prevention Do not make replacement or having added a cooling liquid on the hot engine is can lead to engine damage.
