Order of removal of a forward suspension bracket (fig. 279):
- While the car costs on a ground, ослабьте nuts of fastening of a wheel and a bolt of fastening of a shaft of a drive of a wheel (if the rack has to be disassembled амортизаторная). Ослабьте a bolt of a shaft of a drive (the full weight of the car should not have on the wheel bearing). Remove locks of nuts of fastening of a wheel if they have been put on;
- Remove engine protection;

- Remove in a motor compartment an air line 1 (fig. 280) and a wall 2 compartments АБ;
- Remove a broad tank of system of cooling;

- Fix амортизаторную a rack (fig. 281) in motionless position, having inserted into a piston rod шестигранник (7 mm) and remove it;
- Raise the car and establish it on support;
- Remove fastening of a brake hose with амортизаторной racks;
- Remove the gauge of frequency of rotation of system ABS;
- Remove скобу the brake mechanism and a wire adhere it on a place, without removing a brake hose;
- Remove a nut of the hinge of cross-section steering draught and a stripper squeeze out of it a finger of a spherical support. Protect a spherical support from a dirt;
- Take a bolt of fastening of a shaft of a drive from a wheel nave;

- Remove draught of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from fastening on амортизаторной to a rack (fig. 282). Do not damage a rubber head of connecting draught at performance of this operation. Replace a nut.
The further stages of works are carried out for choice.
Removal амортизаторной racks:

- Remove a bolt in the bottom part амортизаторной racks (fig. 283);
- Wring out the cross-section lever downwards and take амортизаторную a rack;
- Replace a bolt.
Removal амортизаторной racks with a rotary fist:

- Turn on in the bottom part of a rotary fist two bolts of fastening of the cross-section lever (fig. 284) and wring out it downwards. Remove a spherical support of a forward suspension bracket. For this purpose remove a nut in the bottom part of the cross-section lever. Establish a stripper (fig. 285) remove a spherical support from the cross-section lever;
- Disconnect draught (fig. 282 see) and take амортизаторную a rack (fig. 286).

Installation is carried out in return sequence concerning removal process.
Installation амортизаторной racks:
- Establish амортизаторную a rack in the top fastening and put on the terminator. Establish new самоконтрящуюся a nut, but do not tighten it;
- Insert the bottom part of an amortisation rack into the top part of a rotary fist so that dredging on a pipe амортизаторной racks has coincided with an aperture on a rotary fist. Raise from below the cross-section lever. Insert a new bolt and tighten its moment 110 Нм;
- Fix a piston rod амортизаторной racks in motionless position (fig. 281 see) and tighten the top nut of fastening of a rack the moment 60 Нм;
- Establish connecting draught of the stabilizer of cross-section stability. Tighten a nut (use a new nut) the moment 100 Нм. The Same moment tighten a nut on the stabilizer of cross-section stability;
- Establish the hinge of cross-section steering draught, tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut (use a new nut) the moment 30 Нм and tighten it for 90 ;
- Establish скобу the brake mechanism and tighten bolts of fastening by the moment of an inhaling 200 Нм;
- Lower the car on a ground and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment 140 Нм;
Installation амортизаторной racks with a rotary fist:
- Establish амортизаторную a rack in an aperture in a car body, establish a rubber support and screw a nut of fastening of an amortisation rack, but do not tighten it;
- Establish a rotary fist (fig. 286) on a shaft of a drive of a wheel see and establish a new bolt with a washer. Tighten a bolt the moment 50 Нм before lower the car on wheels. If the bolt is not tightened, it will lead to damage of the bearing of a wheel;

The prevention
Do not remove a bearing nut амортизаторной a rack, without having compressed a spring. Watch that the adaptation for spring compression has not slid off a spring when that is compressed.

- Fix connecting draught on амортизаторной to a rack. Tighten a new nut the moment 100 Нм;
- Establish the bottom spherical support on a rotary fist. How the rack has been removed амортизаторная, or tighten a nut of a spherical support the moment 30 Нм, and then turn it for 90 (always establish a new nut), or tighten both bolts on a spherical support the moment 55 Нм;
- Establish the hinge of cross-section steering draught on a rotary fist. Tighten new самоконтрящуюся a nut the moment 30 Нм, and then turn it for 90 ;
- Establish скобу the brake mechanism (see earlier);
- Establish a wheel and lower the car on wheels;
- Tighten a bolt of a shaft of a drive the moment 150 Нм, and then tighten it for 90 ;

The note
The bolt can be tightened only when the car costs on wheels.

- Tighten the top fastening амортизаторной racks (see earlier);
- Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment 140 Нм.
